Greenhaus Vegan Descriptive Menu

Hello Thank You for choosing Greenhaus Vegan,

Below is a list of menu options to help guide you through your meal prep selections. Each week 5-6 meals will be selected from this menu to be featured for the upcoming week’s meal prep menu and will be posted via Instagram, online store or email newsletters.

When choosing from the options, please specify numerically how much of each meal you would like. Remember each meal prep consists of 10 meals so your selection should sum that amount. (Ex. 2 Mexican bowls, 1 Italian mama etc.)

If purchasing through this website, after selecting the type of Meal prep Service you would like, please use the "Contact Form" provided above to specify the meals you would like to order. 

Please advise me if there are any dietary restrictions, food biases (Ex. a dislike for tofu or mushrooms, ALL ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCES MUST BE STATED ) Your safety and preferences matter to me! Please be advised some meal prep options may differ based on product availability.

Let’s get started:

Mexican bowl or Salad:
- Mexican Rice or romaine lettuce
- Sweet Corn, Black beans, jalapenos
- Chickpeas Fajita “Chicken”
- Vegan Cheddar cheez

Asian Bowl:
- Jasmine Sesame oiled Rice
- Sautéed Broccoli, Bok Choy, Carrots, fried onions
- Vegan Soy-free Teriyaki Sausage

Vegan Poke Bowl;
- Seasoned Quinoa or Rice, Sweet corn, Bell Peppers etc.
- Coconut Thai Curry Chick-peas & Baked Sweet Oriental yam

. Italian Mama;
- Garlic Parsley Fettuccine Noodles
- Zesty Tomato Basil Sauce
- Vegan “Wheat” – Balls (Taste like the real deal)

Vegan Lasagna:
-Simmered Veggie blend
-Garlic buttered baby potatoes

Steak- It;
- Honey Garlic Marinated King Oyster or Portobello Mushroom Steak
- Garlic buttered Broccoli/String Beans/Carrots
- Mashed Potatoes

Bombay Butter "Chick'n"
- Your choice of Tofu or Chickpeas (or both) w/ sweet green peas
- Cooked in Vegan "Butter Chik'n" Sauce
- Served over steamed Couscous or Quinoa

Jamaican curry lentils
-split red peas simmered in aromatic Jamaicans pieces
-coconut basmati rice
-Baked sweet yam

Honey Jerk Veggie Chunks
- Blend of Honey Garlic & Jerk Seasoned Veggie Chunks
- Jamaican seasoned Rice & peas (lentils)
- Sauteed Veggies
- Macaroni Salad or Mac and Cheese

Power Salad
-grilled Zucchini
-marinated mushrooms, seasoned chickpeas
-bed of spring mix, red onions, sweet & tangy vinaigrette

Butternut Squash Sip (16oz)
- Oven Roasted butternut squash
- Blended Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Potatoes
- Coconut Milk, spices

Tuna Salad Wrap
- Seasoned Chickpeas
- Celery, Bell peppers, Green Onions
- Seaweed, Old Bay Seasoning, cracked black pepper, vegan mayo
- Whole wheat Wraps or Lettuce wraps (gluten free option)

Sweet Chili/ Honey Garlic Cauliflower bites
- Garlic mashed potatoes
- Sautéed greens

Lentil Stew (16oz)
-Simmered Lentils, sweet potatoes, barley, kale etc.


Should you decide to move forward, please be advised delivery is available within a 60km radius (@$35 per address - applicable fees for further distances at a rate of $0.65/km). Upon delivery you will be notified moments before arrival.

A receipt can be issued upon request separately from your electronic monetary transfer. Funds should be sent no later than 48hrs before pickups or delivery to:

Please note, there is a 25% non-refundable hold from your total balance that is held, this covers any last minute cancellations, travel expenses, cost of groceries or supplies etc.
